Dana “Fischer” Mammoser and Eric Mammoser, of Effingham, are pleased to announce the arrival of their son, Russell Alan Mammoser.

Russell was born on December 29, 2014, at 10:01 p.m., at St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham. He was 22 ½ inches long and weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces.

Ruseels maternal grandparents are David and Ruth Fischer; paternal grandparents are Patrick and Peggy Mammoser. Maternal great grandparent is Herbert Kibler; paternal great-grandparents are Alvin and Darlene Mammoser, and Paul and Carolyn Keller.
