Felony
Denis A. Junge, 64, of Murphysboro, was arrested on December 23, 2014, and was charged with driving while license revoked (subsequent), for allegedly operating a motor vehicle without a license after being previous convicted of the same on Dec. 3, 2008, a Class 4 Felony. On Feb. 5, the defendant appeared with counsel and per plea negotiations in a related traffic case 2014-TR-1840, the case was dismissed.
Jimmie L. Jenkins, Jr., was arrested on Feb. 6, 2015 and was charged with unlawful use of a credit card, a Class 3 Felony. On Feb. 17, on a motion of the state, the case was dismissed.
Misdemeanor
Chad D. Bullock, 41, of Nashville, was arrested on June 29, 2014, and was charged with domestic battery after allegedly making physical contact of a provoking nature with a member of his household. On Jan. 26, Bullock appeared in Washington County Court and per plea negotiations, plead guilty to the information filed on Jan. 21. He was sentenced to 12 months of probation and was fined $550. He was sentenced to two days in Washington County Jail with credit for time served.
Tommy L. Rolling, Jr., 40, of Culp, was arrested on Jan. 20, and was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. On February 17, the state moved to dismiss the case pursuant to a plea in related traffic case 2015-TR-66.
Ronald D. Brown II, 20, of Pevely, Mo. was arrested on Jan. 24, and was charged with criminal trespass to residence and criminal damage to property. At a court appearance on Feb. 12, the case was dismissed on a motion of the state and at the request of the victim.
