This Week’s Pets For Adoption

This 2-year-old female terrier mix was found on the side of the road and now is among the dogs awaiting adoption at the Washington County Animal Shelter at 17990 Richview Road.

Other pets looking for a home include a 7-year-old neutered male mastiff mix; 5-year-old spayed female American bulldog; 3-year-old male lab; 6-year-old neutered male cattledog mix; 1-year-old spayed female pit bull; 3-year-old male chow mix; 8-month-old female lab/terrier mix; 3-year-old male lab mix; 5-year-old female beagle; 8-year-old female beagle; 2-year-old female terrier mix.

The shelter also has two cats that can be adopted for no charge.

 Dog adoption fee is $30, which includes an AVID identification chip and $50 off spaying or neutering.
