March 9
The Nashville Police Department to the 17000 block of Mockingbird Rd. for a domestic dispute.
March 10
Officers handled a two vehicle accident at the intersection of St. Rt. 127 and Exchange Ave. A vehicle driven by Thomas Rippee, of Salem, was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Ellen Boling, of Nashville,. There were no injuries.
March 11
Officers responded to the 400 block of E. St. Louis St. for an unruly subject.
Police responded to the 11700 block of St. Rt. 127 for an unruly subject.
Officers responded to the 300 block of E. Maple St. for a civil matter.
Police responded to the 200 block of E. St. Louis St. for a verbal argument.
Officers responded to the 100 block of N. Mill St. for a burglary to a motor vehicle.
March 12
Police responded to the 500 block of S. Kaskaskia St. for a raccoon inside the residence.
March 13
Officers assisted the sheriff’s dept. with a domestic disturbance.
March 14
Police arrested Brian Spurrier, of Western, Neb. For driving while suspended.
March 15
Police responded to a single vehicle accident on N. Washington St. approximately 1/10 of a mile north of W. Huegely St. Jennifer Pries, 36, of Okawville, stated that she had been traveling north when she looked down to use her cell phone to send a text message and, in doing so, her car went off of the left side of the roadway. Her vehicle then struck an Ameren Utility pole with its front end. Pries did not report any injuries. Citations were issued to Pries for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol by driver, and for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway.

March 13
Nashville Police handled a two vehicle accident on St. Rt. 127 in front of Little Nashville Shell. A vehicle driven by Diane Stewart, of Ashley, was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Robert Maple, of Florida. No injuries were reported.
