Verlya Arlene Carver of Okawville departed this life in the Good Samaritan Regional Health Center in Mt. Vernon on Thursday, March 12, 2015 at 3:42 p.m. She had attained the age of 75 years, six months and 25 days.

In accordance with the wishes of Mrs. Carver, cremation will be performed.

Arrangements for a memorial service are pending and will be announced at a later date. The Campagna Funeral Home in Okawville are in charge of arrangements.
