Kyle G. Walker, 18, of Centralia, was arrested and was charged with reckless conduct (not involving a motor vehicle), alleged to have occurred on February 6, a class A Misdemeanor. On March 17, the defendant appeared in court with counsel and entered a plea of guilty. He was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision, and was fined $1,500, including $500 to the Washington County DUI Fund. He was also ordered to attend alcohol counseling and attend VIP. SSS was rescinded and the defendant agreed to wear a SCRAM bracelet for 90 days.
