Ruby Red Jewels Visit Bella Milano

The Ruby Red Jewels enjoyed several outings. Hostess Sandy Turner took the ladies to Bella Milano for an Italian luncheon. The large stone fireplace adorned the dining rooms featuring the Tuscan, Sicilian and Godfather rooms. One of the special features of the Italian restaurant located in Shiloh was the unique wine rack.

During December, the ladies bagged groceries and helped make deliveries of the groceries and gifts for BCMW. Christmas for the Ruby Red Jewels was held at the Original Springs in Okawville. The ladies enjoyed a delicious luncheon in a room decorated with green and gold lights and golden bows. Wreaths and swags were hung above the doors and windows and trimmed with gold bows and pine cones and red berries. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated with large golden packages and red berries. There was a white elephant exchange which proved to be much fun. The group played the game/story of Mr. and Mrs. Right and Left to receive the gifts for the regular gift exchange. Everyone wished birthday greetings to Winona Huckshold on her 93rd birthday. Everyone signed up to hostess a month in 2015.

Those attending were Helen Bleisch, Phyllis Diedrich, Jerri Heggemeier, Judy Heiman, Georgine Hawley-May, Karen Lunte, Laura Paszkiewicz, Marge Rensing, Betty Renken, Jeanetta Thompson, Sandy Turner and Ann Wojtowicz.
