Washington County Medical Group Patient Portal

Have you needed to make a Doctor’s appointment but forgot to call during open business hours? With Washington County’s Medical Group Portal, that is not a problem. You only need to login to your account and request an appointment with your provider. You will also be able to send questions to your providers about your care and view your visit history.

Any patient that has set up a Portal account has the ability to access their account from any location that has internet connection. That would include access from a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. You will be able to access your records from your home, a library, or while traveling, 24/7.

The Patient Registration Department and the Medical Group Staff can register you for the Medical Group Portal during your visit. You may also enroll in the Medical Group Portal by stopping by HIM/Medical Records Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Once you have been enrolled, you can access your Medical Group Portal by visiting our website at www.washingtoncountyhospital.org and click on the “Medical Group Portal” link. All participants must be 18 years or older and provide one form of photo identification.

If you would like to see your laboratory or imaging results from the hospital, you will need to sign up for Hospital Portal as well as Medical Group Portal.
