Jeremy R. Wheat, 37, of Okawville, was arrested on September 5, 2014, and charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly knocking photos off the wall of a residence and throwing a beer bottle against an exterior wall. Wheat was again arrested on September 28, and charged with aggravated battery for allegedly approaching a sheriff’s deputy with both hands in a fist, placing that peace officer in reasonable apprehension of receiving a battery. Wheat appeared in court with counsel on April 2 and, per plea negotiations, plead guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision. He was assessed fines and costs totaling $450. He plead guilty to the aggravated assault charge and was assessed fines and costs totaling $250.

Timothy R. Baldwin, 37, of Addieville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly left his dog, a female German shepherd unsupervised at his residence where she barked constantly for a period of an hour, causing the peace to be disturbed. On April 2, Baldwin appeared in court and plead guilty to the charge. He was sentenced to six months of court supervision and was assessed fines and costs totaling $250.
