Courtney D. Stanford, 23, of Locust Grove, Ga., was arrested on Jan. 10, and was charged disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, after she allegedly entered into Little Nashville while intoxicated and was yelling and attempting to commit retail theft, and for allegedly being found in possession of a glass pipe used for inhaling cannabis. Stanford failed to appear at a court appearance on April 2 and a warrant was issued. On an April 7 court date, the defendant submitted a guilty plea by mail and the warrant was vacated. Fines and costs were assessed in the amount of $150 for Count I and $750 for Count II.
