Junior Hornets Host Track Meet

Nashville’s Middle School boys’ track team hosted a meet last Monday with Centralia, St. Ann, Okawville and Pinckneyville-204.

The NMS relay teams scored first place finishes in the 7th grade relay (Carson Parker, Gavin Love, Jackson Aulds and Tristen Hercules) and the 1,600-meter relay (Bryse Bultman, Gavin Love, Isaac Sexe and Tanner Bergman – 4:25).

Dylan Kwiatkowski finished first in the shot put (39’2”) and Bergmann was tops in the discus (88’10”).

The varsity relay team of Sexe, Bultman, Bergman and Baum also recorded a second place finish. Kwiatkowski also finished second in the discus (85’2”) and Aulds was second in the long jump (15’).

Sexe took third in the long jump (14’11”) and Carson Parker was third in the 7th grade 100-meter (:13.84).
