The Sounds Of Spring

It has been a very busy week for musicians at Nashville Community High School.

On Tuesday evening, April 14, the NCHS Music Program held their annual spring concert, with performances by the Jazz Band, the Concert Band, the Jazz Choir and the Concert Choir.

These four performing groups also were out this weekend, at the organizational contest, where they were judged for their playing and signing, the result of which was nearly-perfect scores and “superior” ratings for all four groups.

The Concert Band had two of the three judges give it 40 points out of 40, with the third giving 39.9 points.
