Nashville Eager Beavers, Nashville Optimist To Present Color Run
The Nashville Eager Beavers 4-H will be hosting a Color Run which will be held on Saturday, June 20, at the Washington County State Conservation Area.
The event is being held to help provide funds for the purchase of the new projector at the State Theater in Nashville.
The run will feature a 5K and 1 mile Fun Run with the added excitement of Color.
Silent Walkers are also being accepted if you are unavailable to participate in the event on June 20.
The event will also feature a Photo Booth to help you preserve the excitement from the date.
Registration forms are available at Lee’s Sports, Sonya’s Gotta Dance, All Mart and the U of I Extension Office in Nashville.
The club is seeking any and all help from the community with this project.
Items that are needed are: t-shirt sponsors, food/water donations, help with various items in regard to the race itself. If you are interested in helping with the event or have a service or would like to donate to the event, please contact Deb at 246-6490.
Members of the Nashville Eager Beavers with Glen Guest, from Guest Seed and Stone Seed who presented a check for $1,000 to be used toward the upcoming 4-H Color Run.
