Mark Haback, owner and operator of Just Mark It, LLC, is hosting an open House for his business on Saturday, May 9 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Just Mark It is located at 312 East St. Louis Street in Hoyleton at the former site Hoyleton Lumber.
Haback is transforming the business into more than a lumber yard. His inventory is varied and even includes household items such as paper towels and cleaners.
With 28 years of experience in the construction field, Haback assists customers in meeting their needs: he applies his professional knowledge in offering advice; recommends the needed materials and supplies and provides delivery as well.
Haback is also happy to provide handyman services. Painting, installation of cabinets, doors – no job is too big or too small. He says that customer satisfaction is his goal.
Just Mark It accommodates its customers in procuring special order items.
In refurbishing the building, Mark is storing the lumber indoors ensuring it is protected from the weather. The building also houses consignment furniture, a service Mark provides to assist families getting started.
Storage lockers have also been installed. Ten storage units, measuring 8 feet by17 feet are available for rent. The business continues to expand with the recent addition of a 60 foot man lift and backhoe.
