Sunday, May 17 is the Addieville Community Club’s Chicken Dinner with serving from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is a separate line for carryouts. Come and enjoy a delicious Sunday meal.

Mother’s Day was observed in worship at Zion on Sunday. Courtney Groennert who now lives in Tennessee sang a special Mother’s Day song she wrote.

Members of Zion Women’s Guild dined out last Thursday at Giralamo’s for their May meeting.

Zion’s bell tolled the death of Mabel Ledendecker. Mabel died on Saturday, May 9. Mabel lived at Liberty Village at Maryville the last few years. We remember Mabel’s neatness in quilting and cooking and being active in Zion’s Guild. Our sympathy to her daughter JoAnn and son Danny and their families.

Linda Campfield, Shirley and Judy Seering went to St Louis on Sunday and had lunch with Eunice and Lucinda Tonsing.
