Rhys and Neely (Alms) Gay of Kansas City, Mo., are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Lillian Elizabeth Gay.

Lillian was born on April 3 at 3:36 p.m. weighing 8 pounds 5 ounces and 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Ken and Sandy Lintker of Venedy and Neal Alms of Coulterville.

Paternal grandparents are Bryan and Saundra Gay of Edmond, Okla.
