The Nashville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors met Wednesday, June 3, and discussed the Fall Festival for late September.
Due to the renovation of the Washington County Courthouse, some of the area used in previous years will be unavailable.
The committee has been talking with the city and county about where the Festival could be held and they are doing their best to have it in the same general area, but with some reconfiguration.
They plan on getting letters out to past vendors about this year’s event.
The committee is also working on getting the entertainment set.
The Board has been holding extra meetings to go over the Bylaws, which have not been revised in over 15 years.
They have a draft to go through now and tweak, so they will look to take action on it at their next meeting.
The Chamber website is working better on smartphones, so anyone can check it out on their phone now.
Farmer’s Market is going on now and there was another vendor that signed up.
The next General Membership meeting is on Wednesday, June 10, at noon, at Little Nashville.
