Felony

Brandon Daniels, 25, of Carlyle, was charged with two counts of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of driving while license revoked, alleged to have occurred on November 14, 2014. On May 29, Daniels appeared with counsel. Per plea negotiations, Daniels plead guilty to the first aggravated DUI charge, while the second and third counts were dropped. He was sentenced to 10 days in Washington County Jail across five consecutive weekends and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. He was also fined $2,000 and ordered to pay $1,800 in restitution.

Joshua L. Baum, 23, of New Baden, was charged with criminal trespass to a residence and aggravated assault, both Class 4 felonies, alleged to have occurred on April 26. At a June 4 court appearance, per plea negotiations, Baum plead guilty to an amended misdemeanor count of aggravated assault, while the criminal trespassing charge was dismissed. He was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and to pay fines of $450.

Jonathan O. Brown, 26, of Nashville, in case 2015-CF-17 was charged with two counts of aggravated battery, a class three felony, alleged to have occurred on March 6. In case 2015-CM-87, he was charged with misdemeanor assault alleged to have occurred on the same date. On June 4, pursuant to a guilty plea in the misdemeanor assault case, the two felony charges were dropped.

Crystal D. Price, 35, of Nashville, in case 2015-CF-8, was charged with retail theft (subsequent), a class 4 felony, alleged to have occurred on February 9. In case 2015-CM-47, Price was charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and with possession of drug paraphernalia, alleged to have occurred on April 6. In case 2014-CM-121, Price was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia alleged to have occurred on December 6. At a court appearance on June 4, the defendant appeared in the custody of the Sheriff’s Department, with counsel. In 2015-CF-8, per plea negotiations, she plead guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 12 months of probation, and was fined $770. Restitution in the amount of $118.93 was also ordered. In 2015-CM-47, per plea negotiations, Price plead guilty to the paraphernalia charge, the possession charge was dropped. She was sentenced to 12 months of probation and fined $765. She was ordered to file proof of evaluation and counseling. In 2014-CM-121, per plea negotiations, Price plead guilty and was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and was fined $765.

Misdemeanor

Ian Heitman, 33, of Nashville, was charged with disorderly conduct alleged to have occurred on April 28. At a May 28 court appearance, per plea negotiations, Heitman plead guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and ordered to pay $450 in fines.

Dylan Kellerman, 22, of Nashville, was charged with aggravated assault, after on March 19, Kellerman alleged threatened two individuals with a box-cutter knife. At a May 28 court appearance, upon a motion of the state, the case was dismissed.

Tyler Albers, 22, of Okawville, was charged with retail theft and criminal trespass to real property, alleged to have occurred on May 7. At a May 21 court appearance, Albers appeared in the custody of the Sheriff’s Department and, per plea negotiations, plead guilty to the retail theft charge while the second count was dismissed. He was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and was fined $450.

Travis D. Burnett, 36, of Coulterville, was charged with domestic battery alleged to have occurred on January 26. At a May 21 court appearance, proof of residential treatment was filed by the Fellowship House. On a motion of the state, the case was dismissed.

Joshua C. Baum, 30, of Nashville, was charged with violation of an order of protection alleged to have occurred on Jan. 24. On May 19, Baum appeared in court in the custody of the Department of Corrections, with counsel present. Baum plead guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 180 days in Washington County Jail, with the sentence to run concurrent with a sentence for Bond County case 10-CF-63. He was fined $465. Baum was charged in case 2014-109-CM with possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, alleged to have occurred on October 22, 2014. At a May 19 court appearance, Baum appears in the custody of the Department of Corrections. Per a plea in a separate case, this case was dismissed.

Deandre P. Johnson, 33, of Kansas City, Mo., was charged with possession of more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams of cannabis. At a May 20 court date, on a motion of the state, the case was dismissed.

Rusty S. Redman, 43, of Nashville, was charged with domestic battery alleged to have occurred on December 18, 2014. On May 19, the defendant appeared in court with counsel. Per plea negotiations, the charge was amended to disorderly conduct, which he then plead guilty to. He was sentenced to 12 months of court supervision and ordered to pay $480 in fines.
