Arlene K. Campbell
Mrs. Arlene K. Campbell of Nashville departed this life at the Washington County Hospital in Nashville on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 10:06 p.m. She had attained the age of 85 years, 11 months and eight days.
Mrs. Campbell was born on July 17, 1929 in Oakdale, the daughter of Albert and Margaret (Lehman) Kroener. She was united in marriage to William Roy Campbell on November 9, 1946, and he preceded her in death on October 31, 2000.
Arlene was a homemaker and she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Left to mourn her passing is her son, Dale Campbell and his wife Shirley of Hoyleton; a brother, Charles Kroener and his wife Norma of Nashville; a sister, Esther Payne; three grandchildren, Michelle Horn and her husband Bryan of Fenton, Mo., Carrie Paszkiewicz and her husband Lance of Nashville, and Jason Geppert and his wife Angie of O’Fallon; four great grandchildren, Pierce, Emmerson and Roark Paszkiewicz and Addyson Horn; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, Judith Geppert and two sisters, Alberta Kroener and Alice Eigenrauch.
Private funeral services will be held with interment to follow in the Greenwood Cemetery in Nashville. There will be no public visitation.
Should friends desire memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #110 or to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, in charge of arrangements.
