John Barr Golf Tournament September 19

The 4th annual John Barr memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, September 19, at the Nashville Golf Course.

Registration will begin at 12 p.m., and there will be a shotgun start at 1 p.m.

The event will be an 18 hole, three person scramble and will cost $50 per person or $150 per team, with an optional skins game. Players should bring their own drinks, food will be provided.

Holes can also be sponsored for $50. Checks can be made payable to John Barr Memorial, and can be mailed to Cindy Barr at 951 S. Broadway, Nashville, IL 62263. Barr can be reached at (618) 327-8955.

All proceeds from the event will benefit local families who are dealing with cancer.
