July 13
The Nashville Police Department responded to an alarm on the 16000 block of St. Rt. 15.
Officers took a report of a violation of an order of protection from the 200 block of E. Lebanon St.
July 14
Police responded to the Sheriff’s Office to assist a transient.
July 15
Officers responded to an alarm on the 400 block of E. St. Louis St.
Police responded to the 700 block of E. Holzhauer Drive for a domestic disturbance.
Officers responded to the 700 block of S. Grand Ave. for a citizen assist.
July 16
Police responded to a hit-and-run accident in the Village Apartment parking lot. Sara McManus backed into a car belonging to Stephen Ford and left the scene.
Police responded to an alarm in the 1500 block of S. Mill St.
July 17
Officers responded to the 500 block of W. Goodner St. for a 911 hangup call.
Police responded to Casey’s for a gas drive-off.
Officers conducted a welfare check on the 1300 block of S. Mill St.
Police assisted EMS on the 200 block of S. Kaskaskia St.
July 18
Christopher Sharp, 25, of Nashville was arrested for driving while license suspended and was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Curtis Baginski, 33, of Pinckneyville, was denied ministerial assistance as he had enough fuel in his vehicle to get back home.
Officers responded to an alarm on the 18000 block of St. Rt. 15.
Police responded to the 1500 block of S. Mill St.
Officers responded to the 600 block of E. Lebanon St. for an unwanted subject.
July 19
Nashville Police responded to 251 W. Walnut in response to an assault. Michelle Rittenhouse, 41, of Nashville, advised that Christopher Rybacki, 22, of Nashville had threatened her and lef the residence. While police were at the residence, Rybacki drove by in his vehicle at a high rate of speed, nearly striking an officer. Rybacki was stopped and was arrested for assault, reckless driving, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphgernalia.
Robert Smith, 36, of Okawville, was issued a citation for driving while license suspended.
Police assisted EMS on the 700 block of W. Adams St.
Officers responded to Casey’s for a gas drive-off.
Police responded to E. Legion Dr. for a report of a suspicious person.
