The Washington County Sheriff’s Department responded to rural Okawville for a report of domestic trouble.
The Sheriff’s Dept. took a report of a vehicle throwing fireworks out on St. Rt. 127 north of New Minden.
Amber N. Schomaker, 33, of Nashville, was driving a 2013 GMC Yukon when the vehicle left the roadway and struck an embankment. No serious injuries were reported.
The Sheriff’s Dept. responded to a report of a disabled vehicle on I-64 near mile marker 57.
The Sheriff’s Dept. received a report of an abandoned vehicle in the roadway on Co. Hwy. 27.
The Sheriff’s Dept. responded to a residence in Irvington in reference to a report of domestic trouble. While at the residence, Kristi D. Timmons, 40, of Irvington, was taken into custody on a Washington County warrant for failure to pay or appear.
Zachary L. Daugherty, 19, of Okawville, was driving a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta when it left the roadway and struck an embankment at the intersection of St. Rt. 177 and Co. Hwy. 4. Daugherty was issued citations for failure to report an accident to police authority, disobeying a stop sign, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and illegal transportation of alcohol.
Steven A. Conklin, 33, of Belleville, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s office for a failure to appear warrant.
The Sheriff’s Dept. responded to U.S. Hwy. 51 at Florida Rd. to assist the Illinois State Police for a one vehicle accident.
