The main topic of the most recent West Washington County School Board Meeting was the hiring of Keith Senior as the new principal of the Junior/Senior High School.

The position was vacated by Mike Rumsey this past month. Board President Ron Recker thanked Mr. Rumsey for his service and wished him luck.

The Board also accepted the resignations “with thanks and regret” of high school junior varsity coach Chris Goforth and high school softball varsity coach Kristin Storey.

Fees paid to high school volleyball officials were set at $65, matching fees paid by other schools in the area.
