October 6

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office to a fraud report from a New Minden Resident.

The Sheriff’s Office reported Nancy J. Karch, 66 of Nashville, lost control fo the vehicle she was driving on St. Rt. 15 and Texas Rd. drove off the road then hit a guardraild. Nancy and a 3yr juvenile were taken to Washington County Hospital.

The Sheriff’s Office took a possible fraud report from a resident of rural Hoyleton.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to Irvington for a welfare check.

October 7

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a two vehicle accident occurring on Mockingbird Rd. A vehicle driven by Darrell Gully, 61 of Belleville backed into a vehicle driven by David M. Wesbecher, 45 of Sparta. No injuries occurred and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

The Sheriff’s Office reported suspicious activity near a resident in Richview.

The Sheriff’s Office reported a Anhydrous tank leading anhydrous into the air on Conservation Rd. east of New York Rd. Nashville fire department also responded.

October 8

The Sheriff’s Office received a report of criminal damage to property occurring in Ashley.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to rural Okawville reference a civil matter.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to the Perry County Jail fro a report of a traffic crash that occurred. Salvadore Hernandez-Tomas, 34 of Carbondale was cited for improper lane usage, fail to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to report an accident.
