October 13

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office responded to New Minden for a report of an animal in the roadway.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to rural Nashville for a report of suspicious activity.

The Sheriff’s Office assisted the Nashville Police Department with a traffic stop.

October 14

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in Irvington.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested Zachary W. Roper, 21 of Irvington, for Domestic Battery.

The Sheriff’s Office assisted the Wamac Police Department with a stand by with a repossession of a vehicle

October 15

The Sheriff’s Office responded to rural Addieville for a report of suspicious activity.

A Washington County Deputy responded to a residence in Irvington to stand-by for a property exchange.

A Washington County Deputy assisted a motorist on County Highway 11 in rural Hoyleton.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a civil matter in Irvington.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to rural Nashville for suspicious activity.

The Sheriff’s Office responded to Ashley for a report of a domestic disturbance.

October 16

The Sheriff’s Office spoke with a resident of rural Hoyleton in reference to a civil matter.

October 17

Alyson D. Hampton, 29 of Mt. Vernon, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for Driving Under The Influence, Improper Lane Usage, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Possession of Cannabis.

The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a one vehicle accident occurring on US Highway 51 in Irvington. A vehicle driven by Lauren N. Prochaska, 31 of Nashville, was traveling north-bound on US Highway 51 when her vehicle struck a deer in the roadway. No injuries were reported.

October 18

The Sheriff’s Office responded to a criminal damage to property in Richview.

Adam M. Borah, 24 of Peoria, was taken into custody by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office on a Washington County Warrant for Failure to Appear.

The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle on fire on I-64.

A Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy assisted a motorist on I-64.

The Sheriff’s Office assisted the Nashville Police Department with an arrest.

The Sheriff’s Office assisted the Illinois State Police with a single vehicle accident on I-64 at mile marker 56, no injuries were reported.
