Harold T. Campbell
Harold T. Campbell, 94, of Nashville, formerly of Chester, passed away at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Friendship Manor Nursing Home in Nashville.
He was born to the late William A. and Bertha (nee: Magerkurth) Campbell on August 28, 1921 in Oakdale. He married Coletta Clemens on October 19, 1946 in Sparta, and she survives
Harold worked as a security officer at Chester Mental Health Center for 31 years. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, American Legion Alva Courier Post #487 and AFSCME Retiree
He is survived by his wife, Coletta Campbell; three siblings, Lester Campbell of Nashville, Lawrence Campbell of O’Fallon; Florence Vuichard of Coulterville; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceding Harold in death were his parents; three brothers, Floyd, William Roy and Wilfred Campbell, and one sister, Nellie Campbell.
Funeral services were held Monday, November 9 at Pechacek-McClure Funeral Home in Chester with Rev. Cecil Dunning officiating. Interment was ing Paradise Cemetery in Steeleville.
