November 11- Donuts, coffee and juice (9:00 am to ll:00am) for all veterans. Veterans in the library district in the towns of Radom, Ashley, Dubois, and Richview are asked to come to the Ashley library and sign a remembrance book and enjoy a refreshment. If unable to attend on Veterans Day veterans may come in anytime or call and we will sign for them. All they need to do is give us their name, rank and years of service.
November 14- Boy Scout Brent Harris of Radom will be placing bags on front porches of residences of Radom today.
The Boy Scout’s Annual Food Drive will be held this Saturday, November 14 and next Saturday, November 21. Boy Scout, Brent Harris of Radom, will be placing bags on house doors in Radom on November 14. He will return on November 21 after 9:00 a.m. to pick up the bags with donated food left on house porches. All food collected is distributed to local needy families.
St. Michael’s Parish will be collecting canned goods, paper goods, and non-perishable items for the Irvington Food Pantry during the month of November. You can leave your items in the boxes in the back of church. Thank you!
During the month of November at St. Michael’s Church, we will have a “Remembrance Book” in from of St. Joseph’s altar. All parishioners are encouraged to enter the names of deceased family members or friends that have died this past year. We will remember them in our prayers.
St. Michael’s 2016 Calendar Raffle Tickets are available now! Tickets are $20 each. Each weekend 2 – $25.00 winners are picked. The last Sunday of each month 1 – $100 winner is also picked. Only on the last Sunday of December – 1 – $300.00 winner is selected. Tickets are good for all year.
Dec. 6- St. Michael Church Cookie Walk will begin at 11AM.
St. Michael Parish Council meets every 2nd Wednesday of the month.
