Melissa Toedte and Brandon Diekemper were wed on October 17, 2015, at St. Ann Church in Nashville.

Melissa is the daughter of Paul and Diance Toedte, of Nashville. Brandon is the son of Leon and Kim Diekemper, of Carlyle.

Melissa’s matron of honor was Jennifer Maschhoff, he maid of honor was Stephanie Toedte. The bridesmaids/matrons were Ashley Engele, Crystal Brooks, Abby McMahon and Jaidra Boman. The flower girl was Ila Maschhoff.

Brandon’s best man was Tyler Brinkmann. The groomsmen were Stephen Thule, Keith Huels, Ryan Diekemper, Jeff Diekemper and Kent Diekemper. Ushers were Brian Diekemper and Josh Stanfa. The ring bearer was Colton Diekemper.

The bride was a 2004 graduate of NCHS and a 2008 graduate of McKendree University with a bachelors of science degree in elementary education. She is employed as a fifth grade teacher at Marissa Elementary School. The groom was a 2004 graduate of Carlyle High School and is a 2005 graduate of Nashville Auto Diesel College with a certificate in Auto Diesel Mechanics. He is currently employed as a lineman with Ameren in Centralia. The couple resides in Nashville.
