November 3

The Nashville Police Department responded to the 100 block of E. David Dr. for a loose pit bull.

Officers responded to the 300 block of W. Chester St. for property damage.

Police received a report of a reckless driver/possible DUI at the four-way intersection in Nashville. Police located the vehicle and observed it strike another vehicle as it turned into the All Mart parking lot. Police subsequently arrested the driver, Esteban Gordillo-Diaz, 37 of Breese, for driving under the influence and driving with no valid driver's license. Esteban also received citations for illegal transportation of alcohol and operating uninsured vehicle.

November 4

Officers responded to the 300 block of W. High St. for an overdose.

Police responded to a two car accident in the parking lot of Nascote. Dillion Beltz of DuQuoin backed into Mark Trail of Coulterville.

November 5

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 500 block of W. Chester St.

Police arrested Amie D. Thorton at the Washington County Judicial Center for two warrants out of St. Clair County. Thorton was taken to the Washington County Jail.

Officers responded to a two-car accident on St. Rt. 127 just south of E. Gorman St. Samantha Turner of Carrier Mills rear-ended Stephanie Gogolek of Addieville.

Police arrested Chad McDaniel on a warrant out of Washington County.

November 6

Officers responded to the park for a report of suspicious activity.

Police responded to 1327 S. Mill St. in regards to a two car accident. No injuries were reported. Drivers involved were Christine Borowiak and Blaine Barker. Both units were traveling south when a vehicle cut Christine off, causing her to slam on her brakes, resulting in Blaine being unable to stop before rear-ending Christine's vehicle.

Officers assisted the Okawville Police Department with a traffic stop on Interstate 64, mile marker 59, K9 searched the vehicle and indicated on the driver side door.

November 7

Police assisted a motorist on S. Mill St. at E. Student Dr.

Officers responded to the truck stop for a suspicious vehicle.

Police located a motorist assist on the I-64 westbound off ramp near St. Rt. 127. Police spoke to Bradley Lane, 50 of St. Louis, who advised his vehicle broke down and he had a tow en route. It was discovered that Bradley had a felony warrant through Grundy County. Bradley was placed under arrest and taken to the Washington County Jail.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle accident behind Region's bank. No injuries were reported. Drivers involved were Christine Borowiak of Ashley, and Alexi Rooneo of Nashville. Christine Borowiak was backing up traveling east, and did not see unit two that was parked and backed into the front driver's side of Alexis' car. A crash report was completed on the accident.

Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at N. West Court St. and W. St. Louis St. No injuries were reported. Drivers involved were Esther Sprehe and Lance Paszkiewicz both of Nashville. Esther was traveling south bound to turn on W. St. Louis St. but failed to stop, and rolled into the driver's side of Lance Paszkiewicz vehicle who was traveling east bound on W. St. Louis St. A crash report was completed on the accident.

Officers responded to Nascote Industries for a one car accident in the parking lot. Michele Hill of Hoffman was driving south bound, and did not see a pole in the parking lot, resulting in her hitting that pole. A crash report was completed on scene of the accident.

November 8

Police located an open car door in the 400 block of E. Chester St.

Offiers responded to the 100 block of E. 3rd St. for a domestic disturbance between Dustin Johnston and Katherine Krupp. Katerine was subsequently charged with domestic battery.

Police responded to an alarm in the 100 block of S. Mill St.

Officers located a city ordinance violation in the 300 block of W St. Louis St.

Police took a report of vehicle damage from the 400 block of E. Walnut St.

Offiers responded to the 100 block of W. Lebanon St. for a property exchange.

Police conducted a welfare check in the 700 block of S. Mill St.

Officers responded to the 700 block of S. Mill St. for an unwanted subject.

November 9

Police responded to the 400 block of W. St. Louis St. for a theft.

Officers responded to the 200 block of W. Belleville St. for a city ordinance violation.

Police responded to the parking lot of Doehring’s pharmacy to take a report of a traffic crash. A vehicle driven by Dorothy Wagner, 86 of Nashville, backed into a parked vehicle previously driven by Kelly Lilienkamp, 29 of Hoyleton. No injuries were reported and a traffic crash report was completed on-scene.

Officers conducted a traffic stop on Theresa Burdel, 50 of Tamaroa, for several traffic violations. Nashville Police’s K-9 alerted on the vehicle which led to a search of the vehicle. Several pills were recovered from the vehicle and determined to be a controlled substance. Theresa was subsequently arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Washington County Jail where she was placed on felony hold.

November 10

Police assisted a motorist on St. Rt. 127, north of Mockingbird Rd.

Officers responded to an abandoned vehicle on E. Adams St. Police towed the vehicle.

Police responded to St. Rt. 127 North of the overpass for debris on the roadway.

Officers responded to the 800 block of S. Kaskaskia St. for soliciting without a permit.

Police responded to a two-car accident on W. St. Louis St at S. Bryan St. Ty Small of Highland was backing out of a driveway when the lumber he was hauling hit a Fed Ex truck driven by Rebecca Lawhorn of Nashville.

November 11

Officers responded to the Sheriff’s Office for a report of child custody interference.

Police responded to the 700 block of S. Mill St for a report of telephone harassment.

Officers responded to the Washington County ER to take a report of a pedestrian auto accident that occurred on E. St. Louis St at S. Mill St. earlier in the day. Brandy Guinup, 35 of Nashville, advised that her juvenile daughter was crossing the road on her bicycle at the intersection and was struck by a car that ran over her foot. The car did not stop and continued southbound on S. Mill St. A report was taken on the incident.

Police arrested Cassandra Burdel, 22 of Nashville, on a Perry County Warrant. Cassandra was arrested at her residence at 946 W. St. Louis St.

November 12

Officers responded to a traffic crash in the parking lot behind Buretta’s. Derek Hays of Nashville, backed into Jennifer Harre of Nashville.

Police responded to Okawville in regards to a request from Officers on scene that were fighting with a female suspect. Police responded on scene the situation was resolved and Nashville left the area.

November 13

Officers responded to the 100 block of E. Angie Ave. for suspicious activity.

November 14

Police responded to Casey’s for a gas drive-off

Officers responded to the 200 block of E. St. Louis St for a 911 hang-up call.

November 15

Police arrested Tequia Walker, of E. St. Louis, for driving while license suspended.

Officers responded to the 600 block of E. Memorial Dr. for a 911 hang-up call.
