Donna Goodwin

Donna Goodwin, nee McConnell, age 68, of O’Fallon, born on November 25, 1946, in Belleville, died peacefully on November 15, 2015 at her residence surrounded by family.

Donna worked for the US Postal Service in St. Louis. She later worked part-time for H&R Block in Fairview Heights. Donna loved to crochet, go camping and work in her flower garden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Goodwin; and her parents, Thomas R. and Loretta P. McConnell, nee Qualls.

She is survived by her grandson, Jonathan Goodwin and her step-granddaughter, Elizabeth Blair; her siblings, Linda (Ron) Luessenheide of Richview, Dale (Alana) McConnell of Centralia, Peggy (Mike) Tatlock, of Woodlawn, and Gary (Debbie) McConnell of Pinckneyville. Donna is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A Memorial Service was held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 with Rev Dale McConnell officiating.
