Mrs. Shirley A. Farley of Nashville, departed this life at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 3:28 P.M. She had attained the age of 73 years, 11 months and 15 days.

Mrs. Farley was born on December 4, 1941 in Chicago, the daughter of Jack and Vera McLean. She was united in marriage to Robert Farley on June 23, 1984 and he survives her passing.

Shirley was a homemaker and she was of the Baptist faith. She was very active with the Washington County Vocational Workshop where she served on several committees.

Left to mourn her passing is her husband Robert Farley of Nashville; a daughter, Lana Lehman and husband Mike of Bartlett; a son, Steven Werner of Nashville; two sisters, Sandy Walch and husband Tim of Franklin, Wisc. and Sue Slenczka and husband Mike of Bartlett; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jackie McLean.

Per the wishes of Shirley and her family, cremation was performed. There will be no public services.

Should friends desire memorials may be made to the Washington County Vocational Workshop and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, in charge of arrangements.
