For Nashville Fitness At New Location
The Nashville Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Nashville Fitness on the afternoon of Monday, November 30. Owners Ryan and Amy Blumhorst are shown with Nashville Mayor Raymond Kolweier, Chamber Members, and their sons, Samuel, 6, and John, 10.
While Nashville Fitness has been in business for nine years, this was the grand opening of its new facility, located by the car wash and Dollar General off of Illinois 127, just north of town.
“When you sign up with us, you get the SLED system, Stronger, Leaner, Every Day,” said Ryan Blumhorst. “It’s an orientation on all of our stuff, and I give you a program based on your needs, your limitations, it’ll help you get fitter, it’ll help you get stronger and it’ll help you get leaner.”
Blumhorst stated that Nashville Fitness was a 24-hour, key access facility. Features include free group classes, Life Fitness Cardio machines, a nine stop resistance circuit, full, separate men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers, a womens-only workout area, and a large amount of free weights and equipment.
Nashville Fitness is open to members 24 hours a day. Office hours are from 2 to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. They can be reached by phone at 327-0106.
