Clara T. Dreas
Mrs. Clara T. Dreas of Radom, departed this life at Friendship Manor Healthcare Center in Nashville, on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 4:15 PM. She had attained the age of 92 years, 3 months and 21 days.
Mrs. Dreas was born on August 14, 1923 in Jefferson County, the daughter of John and Josephine (Grzechowiak) Skortz. She was united in marriage to Herman Dreas on January 29, 1946 in Radom, and he preceded her in death on November 12, 1993.
Clara was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom. Clara enjoyed sewing, canning and gardening.
Left to mourn her passing is her daughter, Robeta Pelka of Radom; a grandson Jeffrey Pelka and wife Christy; four great grandchildren, Melayna, Chloe and Bailey Pelka and Kayli Erdmann; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a son-in-law, Arthur Pelka; four sisters, Anna Kwiatkowski, Pauline Novak, Agnes Lance and Helen Buretta and a brother, Thomas Skortz.
Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 10 AM with Fr. Oliver Nwachukwu officiating.
Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials may be made to the St. Michael Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
