The Annual Meeting of the Hoyleton Community Club will be held on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 7:30p.m. Annual dues will be collected, custodian position will be acted upon, and there will be an election of new board members. All members of the Community Club and anyone wishing to join from the community are encouraged to attend.

Bids for the Janitorial position are being solicited by the Hoyleton Community Club. All bids should be submitted to the Vice-President Dustin Unverfehrt, P.O. Box 94, Hoyleton, IL 62803. All bids need to be submitted before January 18, 2016 by the start of the Annual Meeting. We have the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
