Jr. Hornettes Headed To State

The Nashville Middle School Jr. Hornettes basketball team advanced to play in the state tournament, with a 36-30 victory over Breese on January 19.

The Jr. Hornettes will play Aviston at 7:15 at Rend Lake on Friday night.

Gathered around the trophy are: Rylee Luechtefeld, Olivia Cook, Kylie Heidel, Destyn Hausner, Ashlyn Frazier, Sabrina Kollbaum, Brianna Schorfheide, Kinze Fox, Alyssa Cole, Whitley Hunter, Sami Edwards, Addi Gale, Reagen Burke, along with coaches Tierney McKay, Bryan Tebbe, as well as team managers Allison Maschhoff, and Ryan Stiegman.
