Using the Lectionary, Pastor Howard Self will guide the congregation in their study of Jerimiah 1:4-10, 1 Corinthians 13: 1-13 and the Gospel of Luke Chapter 4: verses 21-30. These scriptures help us consider the meaning of God’s Love and how that steadfast love influences our lives.

The Congregation will worship at 10 a.m. followed by the Annual Meeting of the Church, which will then be followed by a luncheon. Zion will provide meat and potatoes and asks that everyone planning to attend bring a dish to share with others. This is also Health and Human Services Sunday for the United Church of Christ, you can obtain more information by viewing the web site at chhsm.org.
