Michael E. Boeschen

Michael Edward Boeschen, 53, of Addieville, passed away at 1:10 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2016 at his residence.

He was born on March 21, 1962 in Belleville, the son of John and Betty Schuerich Boeschen.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Left to mourn his passing are two brothers; Patrick John Boeschen of Ashley and Tod Arden Boeschen of Addieville.

Michael was a graduate of Okawville High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Radio and Television from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He worked as a disc jockey at radio stations in Benton and Marion. Mike loved music and sports.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at the Zion United Church of Christ cemetery in Addieville with Rev. William Groennert officiating.

There will be a celebration of Michael’s life held at The Eagle’s Nest in Addieville on Friday, January 29, from 6 to 10 p.m.
