At the Washington County Farm Bureau Meeting, Rachel Recker and Mark Dalman each provided comments from the 2015 Agriculture Future of America (AFA) Leadership Conference. Both Dalman and Recker attended the annual conference, while Recker also received the $3,200 AFA Scholarship.
