The week of February 29 through March 4 was Read Across America. Students at Nashville Primary School celebrated the week with a different theme or activity each day. On Wednesday, Dr. Seuss’ birthday, students got to wear pajamas to school, eat green eggs (sans ham), and saw Principal Chuck Fairbanks, RIGHT, and Superintendent Mike Brink, LEFT, dress up as the Cat(s) in the Hat. The Cat in the Hat visit was a special bonus because the students had read more than 1,000 books during February.
