District 49 Call Home – March 23, 2016

Wednesday, March 23 is Parents’ Day during PE. A flyer came home this week with your child with more information. The flyer is also attached.

Wednesday, March 23rd is a 2:10 dismissal day, there will be Jr Hornets on Wednesday.

Summer Baseball and Softball registration for the Washington County Park League will be held Wednesday night in the middle school cafeteria from 6-7:30pm. T-Ball registration will be held in April. Forms went home with your student this week. A registration form is attached.

There will be no school on March 24th – March 29th for Spring Break.

The Marissa High School baseball team will be hosting a youth baseball clinic on March 28. A registration form is attached.

Looking ahead:

Nashville Primary School will be hosting a birth to five screening clinic on Thursday, March 31st and Friday, April 1st. If you have children under five years of age, please consider making an appointment for the screening. If your child will be attending our PreK next fall, this is the first step in the registration process. Please call the Primary School Office for your appointment, 327-4304 ext. 100.

April 15 is an 11:30 dismissal day.

Our Grandparent’s Day Program will be Friday, May 6th at 1:30 in the afternoon followed by room visits. Please make plans to attend!

Kick Off To Summer Day will be Friday, May 13th1 More information to follow.

Monday, May 16 is a 2:10 dismissal day.

Our Primary School Awards Assembly and Kindergarten Graduation will be Tuesday, May 17th at 10:30am. This is the last day of student attendance, with an 11:30 dismissal.
