Dave Urbanek of The Washington County State Recreation Area uses a drip torch to start a fire for a prescribed burn at the park on the morning of Thursday, March 17. Around 20 acres of mostly dry grass was consumed by the fire, making way for new growth to come in during the spring and summer.
