Into The Wild Blue Yonder…NMS 5th Graders Visit SIU Aviation School
On Monday April 11, 5th graders from Nashville Middle School wrapped up the 2016 Southwest Airlines Adopt-a-Pilot program by visiting the training facilities of SIU Aviation at the Southern Illinois Airport in Carbondale. The students flew simulators, toured the training aircraft and the school’s Boeing 737.
