Callen Michael Goforth
Callen Michael Goforth, infant son of Christopher and Brittany Ann (Schorfheide) Goforth, departed this life on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at 2:31 AM at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Breese.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Shari Hempen and husband Mike and Richard Schorfheide all of Nashville; paternal grandmother, Susan Goforth of Nashville; maternal great grandparents, Harry Handy of Addieville and Joann Schorfheide of Nashville; aunts and uncles, Brent Schorfheide and wife Jenee, Ryan Schorfheide, Dawn Kasten and husband Craig all of Hoyleton, Jeff Goforth and wife Kelly, Jason Goforth and wife Deitt and Eric Bochantin and wife Casey all of Nashville; numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Dr. Gary Goforth; maternal great grandparents, Mary Handy and Charles Schorfheide; paternal great grandparents, Bill and Betty Seyler and Gene and Juanita Goforth.
There will be a private graveside service.
Should friends desire memorials may be made to the PANCAN Walk with the Dogs team Doc’s Dominators and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
