The plastic that was collected by Ashley Grade School students was delivered to Evansville Ind., on May 6.

Ashley Community Committee paid for two benches one for AGS and one for Ashley City Park.

The school received their bench May 16 and ACC presented the City Council their bench and the city council meeting.

Way to go AGS and ACC!

So did everyone find lots of bargains at the second Annual Three-Towns Wide Yard Sales?

I think it’s great that all the towns joined together to draw more people to the sales.

Ashley United Methodist Church Services every Sunday at 8:30 am. Senior luncheon is the first Thursday of every month and is potluck.

Holden’s 4th Annual Memorial Ride is June 25 at 11 a.m. and starts at the Ashley Community Park.

ACC welcomes any and all volunteers and members. ACC is for residents of the Ashley Grade School district. So please get out and get involved.

ACC is busy planning the July 2 Ashley picnic and needs volunteers to work, so if you want to volunteer to work a few hours please contact me at 314 -0684.

Have a great week.
