Organize your fridge. If your fridge is packed with jars and bags of extra ingredients, ease the over crowding by freezing those bits of batter and extra broth. Freeze everything from coconut milk to ripe bananas in 2 tablespoon portions in ice cube trays, then pop them out and use to add extra flavor to cooked dishes and smoothies. Example – freeze cookie dough, then heat a couple of cubes in the toaster oven for a freshly baked (and portion controlled) treat. Another, orange juice to jazz up drinks. Cubes are easy to remove from silicone trays.

David and Tiffany Droege spent Saturday and Sunday in Rockford to participate in the Tough Mudder Half on Sunday. Then they drove up to Milwaukee to visit Cindy and Howard McHenry. They returned home to Millstadt on Monday. Daisy and Rio spent the week-end at the home of Steve, Gina and Buster.

Be so busy enjoying your life that you have no time for hate, regrets or fears.
