Library Rolling Out Summer Reading Program, FTW
“Summer Read for the win!” is the Nashville Public Library’s summer reading program theme for this year.
Starting on June 15 with a karate demonstration and juggler in the park, kids participating in the program will read, create and test themselves through the summer.
It will be an Olympiad of events, in which only winners will emerge.
Each day will have crafts, games and quizzes.

Starting June 16 and ending July 28 the Library will begin the journey through all of the Star Wars movies, starting with “The Phantom Menace” and ending with “The Force Awakens.”
All movies are at 6:30 pm on Thursdays.
Free popcorn and drinks are available.
