For the month of June, we will be collecting hygiene products for the Irvington Food Pantry.

Well, Wednesday evening the St Louis Blues hockey season came to an end. San Jose Sharks devouring the Blues 5 – 2. When, oh when, will it be the St. Louis Blues’ turn for a Stanley Cup?

Grate idea! The trick for shredding softer cheese like mozzarella, jack and even cheddar is to spray the front & back of the grater with non-stick spray (or rub those surfaces with an oil coated paper towel) before grating. To get the best looking shreds, freeze soft cheese for 30 Minutes beforehand.

Stanley & Ora Mae Droege and Steve & Gina Droege enjoyed an evening at the Grizzlie game Thursday. The Rain held off and the home team won!

Area residents attended the Maifest over the week-end. Including enjoying the Venedy Band on Saturday evening. Also attending Memorial Services at Wenneman’s Park on Sunday afternoon.
