NCHS Holds Basketball Camp For Youngsters
Although the school year has ended, Assembly Hall was busy this past week, as Nashville High School’s head basketball coach Brad Weathers held basketball camps for kids starting in the second grade and up.
The camps began on May 24, and ran all the way through May 27. Each camp was held at Nashville High School, and allowed kids to get the experience of playing at Assembly Hall.
Hornets head coach Brad Weathers ran the camps, alongside assistant coach Jason Guest, Patrick Weathers, and Kelly Cruser. Hornets Athletic Trainer, Jon Becker, was also on hand as well as former Hornets players.
The boys basketball camp, was the first of many camps going on around Nashville to begin the summer.
The first group of kids that got on the court was the second and third grade students, in a camp which ran from May 24-May 26.
