Lintker notes, “My personal skills and character have both been impacted in a positive way because of our dairy farming. Strong work ethic, perseverance, and team work are three main factors that have helped create my skills and character. It didn’t take long for me, as a young child, to realize that long hours and hard work were needed to build a successful dairy farm.”
