WCH Hosting Final Free Eating Healthy – Reduced Sodium Education Session

Washington County Hospital would like to announce the final FREE Eating Healthy-Reduced Sodium Education class that is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11.

This class will be held in the hospital conference rooms located on the lower level which is conveniently just down the stairs from the Education entrance.

During this class, Rachel Pence, RD, LD will be helping you to plan marvelous meals. She will also help with grocery shopping and reading labels on food products.

If you missed the first class there will be an opportunity to get the hands-out at the end of class.
